Equipment

Producing equipment and accessories for treatment plants is our core business.

The products we manufacture and supply are of easy maintenance and involve low consumptions.

Screening

Screening’s purpose is to remove polluting solids of certain dimensions from the water to be treated. It is necessary to remove them before starting the plant otherwise they could damage the equipment and form clogs in the pipes in the long run.

Microscreening

Microscreening is a mechanical operation installed after a coarse screening and its purpose is to collect smaller solids.

Dynamic sand removal

In a tank designed to facilitate powders’ sedimentation, the slow rotation of a shaft provided with two scrapers keeps the liquid in a gentle agitation.

Flotation units

Flotation units are employed to remove suspended solids. At first air is dissolved in water, then pressure is decreased and air gets back to vapor in the form of microbubbles allowing substances with a specific weight heavier than the wastewater’s one to rise to the surface.

Air diffusion systems

Air diffusion systems guarantee a constant supply of oxygen to the microorganisms in the oxidation tank which are essential for a proper functioning of the treatment plant.

Peripheral traction bridges

Our movable peripheral or central traction bridges have a solid structure made of AISI 304/3016 stainless steel electro-welded sections and include a logarithmic bottom blade and a suitable calm deflector, always in AISI 304/3016 stainless steel.

Tangential flow filtration

In order to recover water during production processes or guarantee the compliance with particularly strict limits, it is necessary to opt for more extreme filtration or absorption treatments.

Sand and carbon filtration

Closed and pressure structures including means of filtration like sand and of absorption like activated carbon.

Softening and deferrization

Separation of the mixed liquor (water-sludge mixture) using membranes – MBR Membrane Bioreactor. A technology that nowadays is spreading a lot.

Flat tables

Flat tables are employed in sludge thickening. They take advantage of the gravity drainage principle allowing to concentrate suspended solids in wastewater up to ten times. They can also be used as pre-thickeners combined with other dehydration systems.

Belt filter presses

Belt filter presses are employed in sludge dehydration. They have two belts which pass through a series of rollers generating a pressure that allows to obtain sludge with a percentage of dry substance up to 25%.

Filter presses

Filter presses are machines made up of a series of plates alternated with filter belts and sticking together they form closed chambers.

Centrifuges

Centrifuges can be used with any type of sludge considered a problem for filter presses and belt filter presses, such as sludge rich in fats and other substances that could clog the filter belts.

Powder dosers and preparators

The mixing system is able to guarantee an efficient dissolution even with high concentrations of liquid or powder polymer. The supporting structure is entirely made of AISI 304/3016 stainless steel.

Emissions abatement line

Completely eco-friendly technology as it takes advantage of the solar light energy for the treatment process, not requiring any electrical connection. The filter has activated carbons on a side and titanium dioxide on the other side which gets activated with solar energy, oxidizing and regenerating the polluting substances absorbed by the carbons.
